Prestige represents the spacious-type water filter jug with soft lines and a universal look. The replacement filter irreversibly reduces harmful substances such as organic compounds, iron, lead, chlorine and removes sediment and odor.
Capacious and convenient, with its moderate colors, Prestige jug is easy to fill using a slider lid. This feature will be convenient in case the space under the tap is limited. All parts of the product are produced of food-grade materials and are BPA-free.
Water purification filter jug.
The
filter jug is a flow filter. Water is purified while it flows through
the cartridge due to gravity. Activated carbon granules and ion exchange
resins are tightly packed inside the cartridge. Activated carbon
absorbs harmful impurities: chlorine, pesticides, petroleum products and
other toxins, so that the water becomes transparent, removes extraneous
odor and taste. The resin reduces the hardness of the water and slows
the formation of scale. Large mechanical impurities: rust, sand, silt -
cartridge retains like a sieve.
In Aquafor water jug filters,
activated carbon and resin are mixed with Aqualen fiber (a patented
invention of the company). Thanks to Aqualen, the cartridge lasts
longer, and water cannot wash itself in the “channels” and pass without
cleaning: Aqualen holds the granules firmly together, like the roots of a
tree - the soil.
How often to change a cartridge?

It will be easier to change the cartridge in time if you have an Aquafor filter jug with a resource indicator: a mechanical counter is installed on the lid of the jug, which will always help and tell you about the time of changing the cartridge. Just when changing a new cartridge, set it to 100.
